Tumbling Deburring is the fastest, most effective process for eliminating problems of sharp edges on castings. We have tumbling barrels that range in size from 3/4 cubic foot to 60 cubic foot to accommodate nearly any deburring project.

The barrels are six- or eight-sided rotating chambers that produce a rolling, tumbling action. The speeds in these tumbling barrels are variable. High speeds are generally used for removing sharp edges and burrs, while slower speeds provide a finished, polished look.
